PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL-Labor Finders International, Inc., the oldest and largest privately held industrial labor staffing franchise company in the United States is pleased to announce that the company won two  American Staffing Association's prestigious 2013 VOICE Awards, which recognizes outstanding advertising and marketing programs amongst ASA member companies and affiliated chapters. Labor Finders competed with other staffing firms with more than $100 million in annual sales.

The first VOICE Award was in recognition of Labor Finders new website along with their mobile optimized website; both which were launched just in time for a boost in the economy. As the temporary staffing industry continues to supply American businesses much needed workers, Labor Finders, the leader in the industrial labor staffing market continues to raise the bar. "Due to the ups and downs of this unique economic recovery, we discovered more and more companies wanting and needing to hire temporary workers for their much needed staffing flexibility. Often, staffing needs occur while they are on job sites and the only way for them to get the workers they need at a moments' notice is via websites and especially, mobile sites," stated Dan Shube, Director of Marketing for Labor Finders.

"Both our marketing and IT departments worked tirelessly to develop the website and back in March, we were excited to unveil the fruits of our labor.  One of the primary reasons for the new website design was for it to be able to assist individuals who are looking for gainful employment by seamlessly matching them with our current and future clients.  In addition, we have learned that staffing needs often occur on job sites and the only way to get the workers  a company needs at a moments' notice is via websites and especially, mobile sites. The new Labor Finders website and mobile site were designed to be both user friendly, while meeting the needs of our clients, our potential clients and our temporary associates.  And, now that we are winners of the VOICE Award…well, that is icing on the cake," said Shube.

The second VOICE Award was for Specialty Advertising, which recognized Labor Finders unique marketing endeavor, The2013 Sweet WinterTargeted Account Campaign (TAC) Program.  The premise of the TAC is to target 20 prospective accounts that had a high likelihood of using their staffing services, yet, may represent a challenge due to a stonewalled gatekeeper, a hard-to-reach decision-maker or a tight relationship with a competitor. The objective of the TAC program was to develop new business by visiting potential clients using a unique-themed series of gifts that highlighted our staffing solutions and would help convert them to a new customer.

Both of Labor Finders winning VOICE Awards entries will be on display during the ASA's Staffing World 2013, Oct. 8-10 in Orlando, Florida.
