Bill Baker | Vice President

Bill joined Labor Finders International in May 2023, and sits on the Executive Leadership Team. He has grown up in the staffing industry with 30 years of experience, working with Labor Finders’ largest franchisee. He started as a branch manager in 1992, later being promoted to Regional Manager, then Director of Operations. As Vice President of Labor Finders’ Company-Owned Division, Bill oversees the operations of 6 regions spanning 9 states – Alabama, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nevada, and Utah.

Bill has built and led successful teams, focusing on workforce solutions, client satisfaction, and bottom-line growth. He has implemented strategic solutions in training, operations, risk management, and staffing/recruiting. His leadership, management style, and problem-solving ability have enabled him to create service offerings tailored to his client’s needs and to grow offices and territories profitably. He is known for his accuracy, fairness, and helpfulness.
