Labor Finders began with one staffing office in West Palm Beach, FL in 1975. What started as a single location quickly expanded through franchising, innovation, and a commitment to changing the lives of associates, clients, and internal staff. By steadily adding new offices year after year, Labor Finders built a strong foundation that now includes almost 200 locations across the country. While Labor Finders has come a long way from typewriting checks and focusing only on construction projects, the mission that started in West Palm Beach has remained the same.

We want to put a paycheck in their hands and give them the tools, advice, and encouragement they need to improve their skills, lives, and financial security.
Recognizing the hard work our associates do daily is just as important as providing meaningful work. Through our annual Employee of the Year Program, we share the powerful stories of our associates, many of whom whose lives have changed since joining our work families. They embody what it means to push through challenges, work hard to achieve their goals, and change the lives of others.

The blue-collar industry has served as the backbone of the American economy. We learned all this and more during our fifty years of partnering with local businesses. Labor Finders was built on serving the construction industry, helping clients find talented, reliable, and hardworking general laborers, heavy equipment operators, skilled tradespeople, and more. Since 2008, we have expanded our services to twelve more industries while not sacrificing the stellar customer service, dependability, and responsiveness our construction clients came to know us for.
Fifty years later, we continue partnering with local businesses for staffing needs. From NASCAR races in Cedar Rapids, IA, to local rodeos in Santa Maria, CA, we provide the flexible workforce business owners need to overcome today’s challenges, embrace new opportunities, and drive success.
