Key Responsibilities:
Site Preparation:
Cleaning and preparing construction sites by removing debris, clearing obstacles, and ensuring a safe work environment.
Material Handling:
Loading, unloading, and moving building materials and equipment to the proper location.
Equipment Operation:
Operating light and heavy equipment, including power tools and machinery, under supervision.
Assisting Tradespeople:
Providing assistance to other construction workers, such as electricians, plumbers, and carpenters, with their duties.
Safety:
Following all safety regulations and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Site Maintenance:
Maintaining a clean and organized work area, removing trash, and disposing of waste materials.
Building and Dismantling Structures:
Assisting with the construction and dismantling of temporary structures like scaffolding.
Digging and Backfilling:
Digging , compacting earth, and backfilling holes.
