The Secret Shopper is responsible for visiting retail locations that sell tobacco or alcohol products to evaluate compliance with ID verification requirements. The individual will attempt purchases in a professional and lawful manner to determine whether employees properly request identification. The Secret Shopper must accurately document each visit, follow all provided instructions, and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Your Day
The Secret Shopper is expected to travel to assigned retail locations, follow all compliance-testing procedures exactly as instructed, and conduct evaluations in a professional and discreet manner. Each visit must be accurately documented the same day, including whether identification was requested. The Secret Shopper must maintain confidentiality, meet assigned schedules, communicate promptly with supervisors, and represent Labor Finders professionally at all times.
