We’re hiring a Roller Operator to work with an asphalt crew on roads, lots, and site projects.
Your Day
Operate double or single-drum rollers to compact newly laid asphalt.
Monitor surface smoothness, compaction, and temperature.
Keep the equipment clean, safe, and functional.
Help out with basic site work as needed.
Your Experience
Have at least 1 year of experience on a roller or similar paving equipment.
Be comfortable working outdoors in warm conditions.
Be safety-focused and mechanically aware.
Have a valid driver’s license.
Have an OSHA 10 Certification (Required).
Estimated Pay: $21 $25/hr - Paid Weekly
