Your Job
Join our team as a Residential Painter, performing interior and exterior painting on rental properties. Use brush, roller, and spray techniques to achieve high-quality finishes. Previous painting experience is preferred, but we provide training. Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license to travel to job sites in Chico. Mileage is reimbursed for travel from the main office to job sites and back.
Your Day
You’ll track job progress and updates using our maintenance app, so basic computer skills are required. Work independently or with a team to complete painting assignments efficiently while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Your Gain

Your Experience
• 1 2 years of painting experience preferred
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. 4:30 p.m.
