We’re looking for Property Maintenance Assistants to help with basic move-out and move-in tasks this summer. This is a temporary position with the possibility to transition into full-time depending on workload and move-out activity.
Your Day
Assist with move-out and move-in preparations
Support the maintenance team with basic tasks
Work under supervision - no independent work expected initially
Your Gain
Pay will be $18 - $20 an hour, DOE
Your Experience
Reliable and hardworking
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Clean driving record and current insurance
Ability to work independently without supervision
Safety-oriented mindset
Basic knowledge of building maintenance
