Labor Finders is currently looking to hire a Pool Maintenance/Technician for one of our construction clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience assisting with pool cleaning, maintenance and general site work. This role requires someone comfortable using hand tools, chemicals and working safely and efficiently at job sites.
Your Day
Job Overview: The Pool Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring residential and commercial swimming pools are clean, safe, and properly maintained. This role involves routine cleaning, water testing, equipment inspection, and minor repairs to deliver a high-quality experience for clients.
Your Experience
Requirements:
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Previous experience in pool maintenance, water treatment, or a related field preferred (will train the right candidate).
• Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Reliability a must
• Must be able to work independently and provide a high attention to detail
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the day
Good communication and customer service skills.
