Your Day
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the owner in day-to-day business operations and scheduling
• Coordinate crew assignments, customer communication, and job documentation
• Assist with billing, invoicing, and maintaining accurate job records
• Track inventory, order supplies, and help ensure field teams are job-ready
• Liaise with insurance companies and adjusters as needed
• Handle incoming calls and provide excellent customer service
• Jump in wherever needed to keep the business moving efficiently

Your Experience
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in administrative, operations, or project support role
• Strong multitasking and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Familiarity with restoration, construction, or field service environments is a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus
