Labor Finders is currently looking to hire an experienced OFFICE MANAGER in the Fresno area. Will also be performing CUSTOMER SERVICE and GENERAL OFFICE duties while working on Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and some HR duties.
HIRING IMMEDIATELY - WEEKLY PAY
• Position: Office Manager/Customer Service/Account Management
• Pay: $18.00-$22.00/Hour
• Pay Frequency: Weekly
• Location: Fresno
• Length: Potential Long-Term Oppty.
• Shift: Day Shift
• Start Date: ASAP
Your Day
Will perform Customer Service and Account Management in a busy office. Will utilize computers, phones and other basic office hardware. Will be responsible for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable for the office. Will also be required to work in an Human Resources capacity when necessary.
Your Experience
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Office Manager Experience Preferred.
• Pre-assignment drug screen.
• Must be good with basic computer and MS Office applications.
• Reliability is a must.
• Ability to perform A/P and A/R duties with some HR work.
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound phone calls.
• Spanish Speaking is a plus.
