Labor Finders has immediate openings for Plant Nursery Workers in and around the Savannah area. We are seeking individuals with experience in any of the following: caring for plants, shrubs, and trees in outdoor nursery environments; potting, planting, watering, weeding, and fertilizing; loading and unloading plant materials for customer orders or deliveries; assisting with irrigation setup and greenhouse maintenance; using basic hand tools; and performing general cleanup and organization tasks in nursery and greenhouse areas.
Your Day
Start times range between 7am and 8am, with shifts typically lasting 8 hours, occasionally up to 10 depending on workload and weather. Work is outdoors year-round, so candidates must be prepared to work in all weather conditions, including heat, rain, and humidity. Locations remain within the greater Savannah area. Transportation to and from job sites is required, as well as reliable communication with our office for scheduling and assignments.
Your Experience
Minimum 3+ months experience in landscaping, nursery work, greenhouse operations, or related outdoor labor preferred. Candidates must be able to lift 50+ lbs regularly, follow directions, and work well as part of a team. PPE such as gloves, boots, and sun protection is recommended.
