Labor Finders is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a well-established hotel property in the Savannah area. We’re looking for candidates with hands-on maintenance experience who can also lead a small team. Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day maintenance operations, performing and assigning routine repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry), conducting preventative maintenance, responding promptly to guest service requests, maintaining compliance with safety protocols, and ensuring the property remains in top condition.
Your Day
Start times typically begin between 7am and 9am, with 8-hour shifts and occasional weekend or on-call duty. Work is performed indoors and outdoors in various conditions depending on the task. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with potential for direct hire based on performance. Supervisors must be able to manage workloads, communicate effectively with hotel management, and ensure work is completed safely and on schedule. Transportation to and from the hotel is required.
Your Experience
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience required, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role. Strong working knowledge of general maintenance systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.) is expected. Hotel or hospitality experience preferred. Candidates should have solid leadership and problem-solving skills, be able to lift 50+ lbs, and be comfortable using hand and power tools. PPE and appropriate work attire required. Certification in HVAC, electrical, or other skilled trades is a plus.
