We are hiring on behalf of a leading flooring company in Santa Maria, known for delivering top-quality flooring products and exceptional service. We’re seeking a dependable and experienced Lead Warehouse Associate to join their growing team.
The Lead Warehouse Associate will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and deliveries. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to lead by example. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
Your Day
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily warehouse operations and assist with team coordination.
Load, unload, and organize flooring and carpet materials.
Prepare orders for delivery and ensure accuracy.
Drive company vehicle to deliver flooring and carpet products to local clients.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse.
Assist with inventory control and restocking as needed.
Communicate effectively with team members and management.

Your Experience
Previous warehouse and delivery experience required.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Must be able to pass a background screening.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
Forklift experience a plus.
