Your Job
Assisting with various tasks related to landscaping, grounds maintenance, and related construction. This includes activities like mowing, weeding, planting, watering, and applying fertilizers, as well as helping with hardscaping and cleanup.
Key Responsibilities:
Grounds Maintenance: Mowing lawns, trimming hedges, raking leaves, and removing debris.
Planting and Maintenance: Planting flowers, shrubs, and trees; watering plants; applying fertilizers and pesticides.
Hardscaping: Assisting with the installation of patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other hardscape features.
Job Site Preparation: Grading, tamping, and forming areas for footings, plantings, and other yard renovations.
Equipment Assistance: Loading and unloading equipment, operating small equipment like lawnmowers and weed eaters, and maintaining equipment.
Site Cleanup: Removing waste, cleaning job sites, and disposing of yard waste.
Other Duties: May include assisting with irrigation system maintenance, pest control, and other

Physical Stamina: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 50-75 pounds.
