Labor Finders has multiple openings for HVAC Helpers for long-term work on multiple sites in and around Rockledge, Cocoa, Viera areas. We are in search of candidates with experience working with any of the following skills: assisting HVAC technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems; carrying and organizing tools and materials; helping with the installation of ductwork, vents, and HVAC units; cleaning and maintaining HVAC equipment; checking and replacing filters and other components; ensuring work areas are clean and safe; and performing other HVAC support tasks as assigned.
Your Day
Start times vary between 5am and 7am, shifts are typically 8 hours, some lasting as long as 10 hours. Sites are often construction sites, requiring full PPE. Jobsites may vary on specific location day to day but will be located in and around Northern Brevard. Some may be indoors, but candidates should be prepared to work in all weather conditions and elements, including extreme Florida heat. Transportation is required to and from the sites, as well as good communication to the office for job assignments. Work is short term to start, ongoing for those with consistent attendance and outstanding performance. Pay is based on experience, job, attendance and performance feedback.
