Labor Finders is hiring Heavy Equipment Operators with experience using machinery like backhoes, excavators, front-end loaders, and skid steers. You’ll be supporting construction or site prep work in and around Tallahassee.
Your Day
Start times vary but are typically between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM. You’ll operate heavy machinery on active job sites, sometimes in tight spaces or around other crews, so attention to safety is key. This is a mix of indoor and outdoor work depending on the site.
Your Experience
You must have at least 1 year of experience operating heavy equipment and be able to show you’re safe, skilled, and reliable. A valid operator card or certification is a major plus. Reliable transportation is required.
