Labor Finders has openings for Heavy Equipment Operators to work on sites located on and around military bases in the Savannah area. We are seeking experienced and reliable candidates who can safely and efficiently operate heavy machinery such as excavators, bulldozers, backhoes, and cranes.
Responsibilities include operating heavy equipment for construction and earthmoving projects
, performing pre-operational checks and basic maintenance on machinery
,digging, leveling, and grading land for construction sites,
lifting and moving materials safely and accurately
, following safety protocols and maintaining clean, operational equipment
Your Day
Start times: Between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM
Shifts: Typically 8 hours; some may extend up to 10 hours
Environment: Primarily outdoor worksites, often on active military bases
Transportation:
Associates must have their own vehicle - no drop-offs are allowed
. Vehicles must have valid insurance, registration, and up-to-date tags.
Legal requirements:
Candidates must not have any felonies or misdemeanors
A drug screen may be required prior to placement
