We are seeking experienced individuals who take pride in their work and value safety, teamwork, and professionalism. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience operating heavy equipment, with proven skills in operating skid steers and backhoes.
Your Day
Key Responsibilities:
•Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
•Perform site preparation, excavation, backfilling, trenching, and grading.
•Conduct pre- and post-operation inspections to ensure equipment is safe and operational.
•Assist with general labor tasks when required.
•Communicate clearly and professionally with supervisors and crew members.
•Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite at all times.

Your Experience
•Minimum 1 year of recent, verifiable experience operating heavy equipment.
•Proficient with Skid Steer and Backhoe operations.
