Labor Finders has multiple openings for General Laborers for long-term work on multiple sites in and around the Gainesville area.
This position requires a current Level 2 Background Check Badge.
We are in search of candidates with experience performing physical tasks on construction sites and customer locations such as warehouses, loading and unloading materials and equipment, assisting skilled tradespeople with basic tasks and setup, utilizing hand tools for basic tasks, cleaning and preparing job sites by removing debris and hazards, and other general labor duties as assigned.
Your Day
Start times vary between 5am and 7am. Shifts are typically 8 hours, with some lasting up to 10 hours. Sites are often construction-based and require full PPE. Job locations may vary day to day but will be in and around Archer. Some work may be indoors, but candidates should be prepared to work in all weather conditions, including extreme Florida heat. Reliable transportation to and from the job sites is required, along with good communication with the office for daily assignments.
Positions may begin as short term but can become ongoing for those with consistent attendance and strong performance. Pay is based on experience, job type, attendance, and performance feedback.
Your Experience
Minimum 3 months of Experience as well as a current Level 2 Background Check Badge.
