Labor Finders is currently looking to hire a Experienced Property Manager/ Property Supervisor in the Fresno area.
HIRING IMMEDIATELY - WEEKLY PAY
• Position: Property Manager/Property Supervisor
• Pay: $21.00-25.00/Hour
• Overtime: Potential for overtime if the job requires it.
• Driver's License Clean DMV Required
• Pay Frequency: Weekly

Your Day
• Job Overview: Provide excellent customer service, promote positive tenant relations along with responding timely to all tenant issues and complaints. Monitor collections, post rental payments, enforce the collection policy and initiate legal action when needed. Acceptance of tenant applications, screening, lease interviews, preparation of lease documents and signing. Property inspections and property reports including move-in and move-out reports. Monitor and assist with daily work orders including supervising vendors and processing vendor invoices. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining project deadlines.
Your Experience
• Current Valid CA Real Estate License
• 3 Years Property Management Experience
• Good organizational skills with schedules and basic computer skills
• Must have good driving record & current valid driver's license
• Experience with AppfFolio is a plus, but not required
• Must be able to work independently and provide a high attention to detail
• Must possess good Customer Service skills
• Knowledgeof Fair Housing rules and regulations and ability to pass Fair Housing training
