Labor Finders has multiple openings for Demolition Workers for long-term work on multiple sites in and around the Tallahassee areas. We are in search of candidates experienced in or willing to perform physical demolition tasks such as dismantling structures, removing debris, loading and unloading materials, operating basic hand and power tools, and assisting skilled trades with site preparation and cleanup. Candidates should be able to follow safety procedures, work efficiently in teams, and maintain a clean and organized work area. Additional duties may include removing fixtures, drywall, concrete, flooring, and other construction materials as directed.
Your Day
Start times typically range between 5:00 AM and 7:00 AM, with shifts averaging 8 10 hours depending on project needs. Most work will take place on active demolition and construction sites, requiring full PPE (hard hat, steel-toe boots, gloves, safety glasses, vest, and mask when required). Work may involve exposure to dust, debris, and outdoor conditions, including Florida heat and changing weather. Reliable transportation to and from worksites is required, as locations may vary daily within the Tallahassee area. Strong attendance, communication, and performance may lead to ongoing, long-term assignments.
