Labor Finders is hiring tough, reliable, and detail-driven Concrete Laborers for active jobs in and around TALLAHASSEE. If you’ve ever worked around mud, rebar, or finishing tools, you already know the drill. You’ll assist with setting forms, pouring and spreading concrete, using hand and power tools, and supporting the finishers and site crew. If you like fast-moving days, working outside, and being a critical part of the build-this one’s for you.
Your Day
Days start early-between 5:00 AM and 7:00 AM-with shifts lasting up to 10 hours. You’ll work outdoors in all conditions, from Florida’s brutal heat to rain and muddy ground. PPE is mandatory, and jobsites rotate across TALLAHASSEE, so reliable transportation and good communication with the office are a must. Work can be short-term, but high performers can secure long-term placements.
Your Experience
Minimum 6 months of experience in concrete or general construction
Experience setting forms, pouring, leveling, and finishing is a major plus
Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and stay on your feet all day
Must have your own reliable transportation
Team-player attitude and strict attention to safety
