Concrete Finisher
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience with form setting, rebar placement, and concrete finishing. This role involves working with flatwork, curbs, gutters, and decorative concrete. Precision in forming, pouring, and finishing concrete is essential. Multiple positions ranging from Level 1 and Level 2 finishers with a pay scale of $29.00 to $38.00 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set stringing lines and layout for concrete forms ensuring proper alignment and grade.
• Proficiently set forms for flatwork, curb, and gutter concrete projects.
• Place and tie rebar to reinforce concrete.
• Pour and finish concrete to achieve smooth and even surfaces.
• Perform decorative concrete finishing, including stamping, staining, and texturing.
• Maintain high-quality standards in forming, pouring, and finishing.
• Operate tools and equipment such as trowels, floats, and screeds.

Your Experience
Required Competencies:
• Form Setting: Strong knowledge of setting forms for different concrete work types.
• Rebar Placement & Tying: Experience placing and tying rebar per project specifications.
• Concrete Finishing: Exceptional skill in pouring and finishing concrete with attention to detail.
• Attention to Detail: Ensuring high precision in concrete work for durability and quality.

Physical Demands:
