• Perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs following FAA regulations and OEM procedures.
• Support scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of aircraft and components.
• Verify part numbers/serial numbers and maintain accurate documentation.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and structural issues.
• Maintain records, inventory, and a clean, safe work area.
• Collaborate with Leads, Supervisors, and Managers to ensure safety and compliance.

A typical day for an A&P Mechanic involves performing scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance and inspections, troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and structural issues, documenting work accurately, coordinating with supervisors, managing parts and inventory, and ensuring all work meets FAA regulations and OEM procedures.

Your Experience
•Hands-on aircraft maintenance and inspections on airframes, engines, and components.
•Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and structural issues.
•Working with FAA regulations and OEM procedures to ensure airworthiness.
•Maintaining accurate documentation, logs, and inventory.
•Collaborating with supervisors, leads, and other technicians in a professional team environment.
•Exposure to scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, including emergency repairs.
•Aero-IT certification.
•Factory training (Cessna, Piper, Gulfstream, Bombardier, Beech, Cirrus, etc.).
•College or technical degree.
