Your Job
• Perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs following FAA regulations and OEM procedures.
• Support scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of aircraft and components.
• Verify part numbers/serial numbers and maintain accurate documentation.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and structural issues.
• Maintain records, inventory, and a clean, safe work area.
• Collaborate with Leads, Supervisors, and Managers to ensure safety and compliance.

A typical day for an A&P Mechanic involves performing scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance and inspections, troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and structural issues, documenting work accurately, coordinating with supervisors, managing parts and inventory, and ensuring all work meets FAA regulations and OEM procedures.

Your Experience
• Hands-on aircraft maintenance and inspections on airframes, engines, and components.
• High School diploma or GED
• FAA A&P License required; candidates with only an Airframe License may be considered
•2 years in aircraft maintenance/repair
• Skilled in inspections, troubleshooting, sheet metal, composites, and electrical systems
• Passion for aviation and safety
• Proficient in Maintenance software
• Able to read 337s, Service Bulletins, and ADs
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
