Your Day
Assist carpenters with cutting, measuring, framing, and installing materials
Use hand and power tools (saws, drills, nail guns, etc.) safely and efficiently
Load/unload tools and materials on job sites
Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
Follow instructions, read basic plans, and stay hands-on all day
Learn and grow into more skilled responsibilities over time
Your Experience
At least 6 months of hands-on construction or carpentry work preferred.
Comfortable using tape measure, basic tools, and working around others
Physical Requirements:
Able to lift 50+ lbs, work on your feet, climb ladders, and handle outdoor conditions
Bonus Skills (not required but great to have):
Framing, drywall, finishing, or demolition experience
Valid driver's license and Reliable transportation
