Labor Finders is hiring experienced asphalt professionals for immediate placement with a reputable paving contractor in the Tallahassee area. We're seeking skilled workers for the following roles:
Asphalt Laborer
Roller Operator
Screed Operator
You’ll be responsible for assisting with paving operations including asphalt spreading, grading, compaction, and finish work on roads, driveways, and parking lots.
Your Day
Operate paving equipment including screeds and rollers
Shovel, rake, and lute hot mix asphalt for smooth finishes
Prepare and clean job sites before and after paving
Work as part of a team in a fast-paced outdoor environment
Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE
Your Experience
Minimum 2 years of asphalt/paving experience required
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in the heat
Familiarity with screed and roller operation preferred
Must be reliable and able to work early mornings
Reliable transportation required
