Clair Cardwell

Claire Cardwell – Roanoke, VA 

From her first assignment, she was already dependable, showed great respect and dedication for the job, and was asked to return to that same customer over and over again in the following days. After she earned her flaggers certification, she was on her way to the top! Mastering the responsibility of keeping work zones safe and traffic flowing came to her like a duck on water. Supervisors immediately took notice of her awareness and commitment to safety, and before long, she became our first choice for flagging assignment. 

Joshua Dufresne

Joshua Dufresne – Pensacola, FL 

Josh's punctuality and preparedness are commendable. He arrives on time or early each day, ready to tackle any task, no matter how challenging. What sets Josh apart is his proactive approach and initiative. He doesn't wait for instructions; he seeks out tasks, ensuring that he stays productive and contributes meaningfully to the team's goals. His enthusiasm and determination are truly infectious. 

Candice Horton

Candice Horton - Huntsville, AL 

"From the moment I walked into the office, I felt like I had a team on my side. The staff listened to my experience, helped me refine my work profile, and placed me in temporary jobs almost immediately. At first, I took whatever was available—construction clean-up, warehouse work, landscaping—anything to get back on my feet. But what started as just a way to make ends meet soon became a path to something bigger."

Christopher Barnes

Christopher "Shane" Barnes - Theodore AL 

Shane is incredibly dependable, hardworking, and maintains a great attitude. When he first joined Labor Finders, he was a newlywed in desperate need of a job. Now, he has held a full-time position with one of our clients for over five years. During his time there, he was trained to operate a forklift and now plays an active role in assisting new associates as they learn their positions. His dedication has not gone unnoticed. 

Leon Glover

Leon Glover - Modesto, CA 

Leon has worked on a wide range of assignments across multiple companies, never once declining a job. He has taken on difficult roles that others turned down, yet he never complained-only delivered his best effort each and every time. His commitment was especially evident when he worked on a four-month project cleaning parks for the City of Lathrop, where he remained dependable and hardworking throughout. 

Jerrehorn Smith

Jerrehorn Smith- Mobile, AL 

Since joining us in 1993, Mr. Smith has set an exceptional standard as Lead Man on multiple assignments with skill and dedication. His leadership made a lasting impact before he transitioned into a long-term role with one of our valued clients, where he has faithfully worked for the past 10 years, mentoring and overseeing numerous projects. 
His dedication to duty—both in the military and in his career—reflects his unwavering integrity and strength. 

David Ray

David Ray- Lakeland, FL 

David’s impressive 29-year tenure with Labor Finders is a true reflection of his dedication, hard work, and unwavering loyalty. Throughout the years, he has consistently delivered exceptional performances, regardless of the conditions. Rain or shine, David’s commitment to quality and reliability reinforces the core values that drive our agency's success and customer satisfaction. 

Aaron Cummins

Aaron Cummins - Santa Ana, CA 

Aaron's work ethic is unmatched. Whether it's janitorial maintenance, construction, or warehouse support, he takes on every assignment with a great attitude and a strong sense of responsibility. He consistently transforms one-day jobs into long-term placements because clients immediately recognize his value. Many request him by name.

Jose Noyola- Santa Maria CA 

Jose first walked through the doors of Labor Finders in July of 2023, referred by another associate who knew that Labor Finders could be the stepping stone to kick-starting his career in construction. At the time, Jose was attending CET to earn his Greenhouse Construction certification, all while juggling multiple jobs in fast food, field labor, and any other work he could find to support his mother and siblings at home. Despite the challenges, Jose never lost sight of his goal: to build a future in the construction industry. 

Florencia Luviano

Florencia Mundo Luviano - Tifton GA 

Florencia has been on assignment at Adama Chemical as a packer since day one, and throughout her tenure, she has consistently gone above and beyond expectations. She is known for her reliability, positive attitude, and willingness to help others and take on challenges with a solution-oriented mindset. Florencia’s passion for her work, her team-oriented mindset, and her tireless commitment to excellence make her a truly deserving candidate for this recognition. We are grateful for her years of service, and we look forward to seeing the continued impact she will have in the future. 

Fletcher Mccrowey

Fletcher McCrowey – Rock Hill, SC 

Mr. Fletcher has been with Labor Finders for over 21 years. He is an outstanding example and leader to show how an associate should act and what they should do. He never turns down work and is eager to do any task at hand.  Working for Labor Finders he has gained confidence in his skills and loves to help other associates build their skills. When he is not on a work ticket with Labor Finders, he comes to the office and finds things to do, taking pride in keeping our office up to par.  

Terrence Denison

Terence Denison - Covington, LA 

Terence consistently goes above and beyond for our customers, fellow associates, and the branch as a whole. He is proactive in identifying new projects that could provide work for our associates, often reaching out to gather more information and ensure we stay ahead of opportunities. His dedication helps keep our branch strong and moving forward. 
One of Terence’s greatest contributions is his mentorship. He takes on associates who have struggled at other job sites, guiding them and showing them exactly what needs to be done to succeed. 

Voting on Labor Finders website only (laborfinders.com/Employee-of-the-Year). Deadline to vote April 27th, 2025, 11:59PM Eastern Daylight Time. Individuals may vote as many times as they like, regardless of their affiliation with Labor Finders Intl., its subsidiaries, franchisees, or other related entities. Popular voting will be one factor in the final award selection, but will not be the only factor. Decision of the Selection Committee is final, and all elements of the selection process will remain confidential, including vote tally.
