About This Business:
A large food manufacturing company specializing in high-volume baked goods production has partnered with Labor Finders for more than 18 years. Operating around the clock, the facility relies on a flexible workforce to support production, packaging, quality assurance, shipping, receiving, and material handling. With constantly changing staffing demands and multiple shifts to fill, the company needed a dependable workforce.
Our Staffing Solution:
The client first came to Labor Finders needing workers who could fill roles across several departments simultaneously. Operating on a 24/7 schedule, the facility needed people available at any hour. Our team built familiarity with the client’s facility, workflows, and schedules, allowing us to provide a reliable candidate pipeline.
