LABOR FINDERS PRIVACY NOTICE

Your privacy is very important to Labor Finders International, Inc. (“Labor Finders,” “we,” “us,” and “our”). We also understand that privacy is very important to you. It does not apply to employees or job applicants. Labor Finders collects information that is sent to us automatically by your web browser or mobile device. We may use cookies, pixel tags, clear GIFs, and similar technologies to collect this information from you. - With Service Providers, Vendors, and Consultants. Labor Finders shares information we collect with third-party service providers, vendors, and consultants who act for us or on our behalf. We use third-party vendors to help us perform business, professional, and technical support functions for us, including to help us design and operate our website, conduct surveys, to help us with our marketing and promotional efforts, and to provide us with software, services, and platforms that we use to operate our business, among other reasons.
- To Labor Finders Employees. The information we collect from our about you will be disclosed or accessible to Labor Finders employees, including corporate employees.
- Through Technologies Used on our Website. We use certain technologies on our website to offer our services. These technologies may include cookies, pixels, and clear GIFs (described above), and session replay technology. Some of these technologies are provided by third parties, or allow third parties to access your information, including your browsing habits and browsing history, and other information about your visit to our website.
- With Third Party Partners. We may share your information with other organizations who partner with Labor Finders on certain initiatives. For example, from time to time, we partner with educational institutions to participate in job fairs. At these events, your information may be shared with these institutions.
- To Third Parties for Our Marketing Purposes. We disclose information to third parties who assist us in our marketing efforts by developing target audience creation tools based on information we provide to them about our existing target customers.

Labor Finders is a U.S. corporation. The servers that support this website are located in the United States. While it is in our possession, your information will generally be stored in Labor Finders databases or databases maintained by our third-party service providers on servers and data storage devices located in the United States. U.S. data protection laws may not provide as much protection as the data protection laws in force in some other countries. Our “legitimate business interests” includes improving our service offerings, complying with our legal obligations, maintaining the security of our website, protecting, detecting, investigating, and preventing fraudulent transactions or illegal activities in connection with the Services, and other purposes you direct when you disclose your information to us. Disclosures of Personal Information for a Business Purpose
We disclose personal information to third parties, including service providers, vendors, consultants, partners, and investors, for business purposes. We do not “sell” personal data in exchange for monetary value. However, certain statutes define “sale” more broadly than the traditionally understood use of the word, and based on this, some of our personal information processing activities may constitute a “sale” of personal information under California law. Right to Portability
As noted above, you have the right to request that we disclose information to you about our collection and use of your personal information over the past 12 months. When you request this information from us, you have the right to request to obtain a copy of this information in a portable, readily usable format that allows you to transmit the information to another party, to the extent it is technically feasible.
Right to Deletion
You have the right to request that we delete any of the personal information that we collect or retain about you, subject to certain exceptions. After we receive and verify your request, we will delete (and direct any of our service providers that hold your personal information on our behalf to delete) your personal information from our records, unless an exception applies. We may deny your deletion request if retaining your personal information is necessary for us or our service providers, as permitted by law.
Right to Opt-Out of the Sale or Sharing of Personal information
Depending on the state in which you reside, you may have the right to opt-out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. Information about our practices that may constitute a “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information as defined by law are noted in the above section titled “Sales of Personal Information.” You may exercise your right to opt-out by following the instructions set forth in the section of this Notice titled “Exercising Your Privacy Rights” below, or by clicking on the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link at the bottom of our website.
Right to Opt-Out of Personal Data Processing for Targeted Advertising
Depending on the state in which you reside, you may have the right to opt out of the processing of your personal information for targeted advertising. You may exercise your right to opt-out by following the instructions set forth in the section of this Notice titled “Exercising Your Privacy Rights” below.
Right to Limit Certain Uses and Disclosures of your “Sensitive Personal Information”
You have the right to limit our use and disclose of your “Sensitive Personal Information,” as that term is defined in the statutes, where we have collected it, to use which is necessary to perform the services or provide the goods reasonably expected by you, and as otherwise authorized by the statute and regulations. We believe we only use your Sensitive Personal Information in ways that you would reasonably expect are necessary to perform the services or to provide you with the goods you request. Labor Finders does not “sell” or “share,” as those terms are defined, Sensitive Personal Information.
Right to Correct Personal Information if the Information is Inaccurate
If you believe or discover that any personal information that we have collected about you is inaccurate, you may contact us to request that we correct and update the information so that it is accurate.
Additional Rights
In addition to the above rights, you also have the right to:
- Appoint an individual to exercise your rights on your behalf
- Access information about automated decision making (as applicable)
- Opt-out of automated decision making (as applicable)
- To not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights
Anti-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your rights. Unless permitted by state law, we will not:
- Deny you goods or services
- Charge you different prices or rates for goods or services, including through granting discounts or other benefits, or imposing penalties
- Provide you a different level or quality of goods or services
- Suggest that you may receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services
Right to Appeal
Depending on the jurisdiction in which you reside, you may be entitled to file an appeal should your request to exercise any of the above rights be denied. Requests for appeal can be communicated through the same means by which your request was submitted.
Exercising Your Privacy Rights
If you are a resident of a state which affords privacy rights to its residents and wish to exercise any of the rights described above, please submit a request to us by one of the following methods:

You may appoint an agent to exercise your rights on your behalf, and you may exercise rights on behalf of your minor child, if we have collected their information.
We will only process your request if you are a resident of a state which affords privacy rights to its residents. If you make a request, we will take steps to verify your request, including that you are a resident of a state which affords privacy rights to its residents, that you are the person making the request, or that the person making the request on your behalf has your legal authority to make the request. Additionally, in order to verify your request, the request must include sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify that you are the person the personal information we have collected relates to (or you are authorized to act on that person’s behalf), and you must describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate and respond to it. We will only use the information you or your agent provides when making a request to respond to your request.
We will endeavor to respond to all requests within 45 days. If we cannot respond within this time period, we will inform you of the reason and process your request within 90 total days. We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your request unless it is excessive, repetitive or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you how we arrived at that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before fulfilling your request. You may only make a request to exercise your right to access and right to portability twice within a 12-month period.
GOVERNING LAW
This Policy shall be governed under the laws of the State of Florida in the United States of America without regard to its conflicts of law provisions.
