Cindy has been in the customer service/customer experience industry for over 10 years and has enjoyed all the interactions she has had with clients and co-workers. Her extensive background is not just limited to customer service, Cindy has also been a bookkeeper responsible for arranging travel plans, data entry, editing documents, filing paperwork, and answering phones on a multi-line system for the hotel industry.
