Labor Finders Promotes Rick Kempf to Executive Vice President

PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL-Labor Finders International, Inc. the country's oldest and largest privately held industrial labor staffing company in the United States announced the promotion of Richard "Rick" Kempf from Regional Vice President to Executive Vice President of its company-owned locations under the name, LF Staffing Services. The announcement was made by Amit Pal Singh, President & COO of Labor Finders International, Inc.

“Rick has been with our organization for six-years, and during that time he has led our company-owned staffing division (LF Staffing Services) to record sales levels and has delivered on our strategic goals and objectives," stated Singh.

"My role as Executive Vice President is that I am responsible for the overall profitable growth and operations of the company owned stores. I partner closely with Amit Singh and balance of the leadership team in planning and implementing strategies to help achieve this goal in today’s extremely fast moving and changing work environment. The primary focus is on both our clients and our associates well-being, and this is a full team effort to help them achieve the success they all deserve…both short term and long-term. Collaborating directly with the Regional Directors as well as our fifty company-owned branches provides the firsthand and current view of today’s ever change challenges and opportunities. A key function of my role is to relay this information to the corporate office departments, along with providing solutions for successful operations," said Mr. Kempf.
