American Businesses Struggle Finding Qualified Workers

PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL—American businesses are still struggling finding qualified workers. And many understand this is an on-going issue which could significantly affect the way they operate during the Fall and Winter seasons and even beyond.

Concerning American business owners, a recent National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) report mentioned of those businesses trying to hire, 89% reported few or no qualified applicants for the positions they were trying to fill, 31% reported few qualified applicants for their open positions and 26% reported none.
