A Bakers Dozen for Labor Finders: Winning Best Of Staffing for The 13th Straight Year!

PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL—Labor Finders International, the oldest and largest privately held industrial labor staffing franchise company in the United States has been named to the 2022 Best of Staffing® Client List for the thirteenth consecutive year. According to ClearlyRated®, the worlds’ leading provider of client and job candidate satisfaction surveys for staffing agencies, “All of the Best of Staffing® contestants go through a rigorous survey process. The elite Best of Staffing Award has been earned by fewer than 8 percent of all staffing agencies in the U.S. and Canada and the winners have earned satisfaction scores more than three times higher than the industry average.” 

“Labor Finders secured a place on the winner list by showing elevated levels of client satisfaction. This award defines the staffing industry's elite leaders in service quality and their commitment to client satisfaction based on the Net Promoter® Score methodology (a standard metric for measuring satisfaction),” stated ClearlyRated®.

ClearlyRated® asked Labor Finders’ customers to respond to a simple survey based upon the Net Promoter Score® and posed the basic question, “Would you recommend Labor Finders?”  The response was calculated on a 1-10 scale. Ratings of 9 or 10 are promoters. A score of 6-8 are passive. Less than six is a detractor that causes the company to lose points.

Labor Finders numbers were extremely positive in the responses from the survey. For instance, a question presented was, “Does Labor Finders submit candidates within the expected timeframe?” Even during the COVID pandemic which has caused a nationwide work shortage, an outstanding 87.6% responded with a sound promoter rating between 9 and 10. In addition, another question concerning the clients expectations: Does Labor Finders set realistic expectations regarding the open positions you have them work on? To which an exceptional 89.7% responded with the excellent promoter rating also between 9 and 10.
