Leslie Cotton | Chief Financial Officer

Leslie joined Labor Finders International in December of 2017 as CFO. Some of Leslie’s responsibilities are overseeing the financial and accounting systems, internal controls and financial reporting. 

She has over 17 years of Accounting and Finance experience in various industries including financial services, and hospitality. Leslie received her Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting from Northwood University and her Masters of Accounting degree from Nova Southeastern University. She is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Florida.

She enjoys rolling up her sleeves to tackle challenging accounting tasks, but what brings her the most satisfaction is working together with her team to identify and resolve inefficiencies and improve day to day operations.  She believes we should always be learning and evolving and that even subtle changes can have a big impact.
