Labor Finders is seeking experienced Truss Manufacturing / Carpentry Workers for ongoing work with a manufacturer of roof trusses and floor joists. We are looking for candidates with hands-on experience in truss assembly, carpentry, or a similar construction manufacturing environment. Duties may include measuring and marking lumber, assembling roof trusses and floor joists, using hand and power tools, reading measurements and plans, installing metal plates and hardware, moving and staging materials, and assisting with other production tasks as assigned.
Your Day
This is a fast-paced, production-focused environment where productivity, quality, and meeting daily production goals are important. Work is performed primarily outdoors, so candidates should be prepared to work in the heat and varying weather conditions. The position involves frequent standing, bending, lifting, carrying, and moving lumber and other materials throughout the workday. Candidates must be able to work well as part of a team, follow production procedures, and maintain a consistent pace throughout the shift.
Your Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in truss manufacturing, carpentry, framing, or a closely related construction position is preferred. Candidates should be comfortable reading a tape measure and using common hand and power tools. Experience with roof trusses, floor joists, lumber cutting, framing, or other structural wood components is highly preferred. Strong attention to detail, reliability, punctuality, and the ability to follow directions and production procedures are essential. Candidates must be physically capable of performing heavy manual labor throughout the shift and committed to maintaining consistent attendance and productivity.
