Your Job
Assist with apartment and property turnovers by completing repairs, installations, and general maintenance tasks to help prepare units for new tenants.
Your Day
Oversee unit turns, complete surface-level repairs, install fixtures or appliances, troubleshoot maintenance issues, and ensure units are move-in ready. Work alongside property management and other maintenance staff to keep projects moving efficiently.

Your Experience
Previous maintenance, handyman, construction, apartment turnover, or property maintenance experience preferred. Knowledge of basic repairs, installations, plumbing, drywall, or troubleshooting is a plus. Must be reliable and able to work independently.
