Your Job
We are seeking an experienced Solar Service & Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain existing solar PV systems. This position focuses specifically on servicing existing systems, including residential and commercial solar equipment, rather than new installations.
Your Day
• Troubleshoot and diagnose solar PV system problems
• Identify electrical, mechanical, inverter, monitoring, and performance issues
• Repair or replace defective components as needed
• Perform preventative maintenance and system testing
• Troubleshoot inverters, disconnects, wiring, panels, and monitoring equipment
• Review system performance data and identify potential problems
• Document service calls, findings, repairs, and parts used
• Communicate with customers and explain identified problems and recommended repairs
Your Gain

Your Experience
• Previous hands-on solar service/repair experience required
• Strong understanding of solar PV systems and components
• Experience troubleshooting electrical systems, inverters, and monitoring systems
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and equipment specifications
• Experience using electrical meters and diagnostic equipment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong problem-solving, customer service, and communication skills
