We are hiring a Solar Panel Installer / Electrician in Escondido, CA to support solar installation and electrical projects. This role involves working on rooftop and ground-mounted systems, ensuring proper installation and maintenance of solar and electrical components.
Your Day
Your day will include installing solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on rooftops or ground-mounted structures, assembling and mounting panels, racking systems, and electrical equipment. You will perform electrical wiring, connect panels to inverters, batteries, and the grid, read blueprints and technical diagrams, collaborate with team members and project managers, and maintain tools, equipment, and a clean job site.

Your Experience
Experience in electrical work or solar installation preferred
Knowledge of electrical systems and wiring

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and reliability
Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
