We are seeking an experienced Screen Printing Technician to operate and maintain M&R automatic screen printing presses. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with auto press setup, color registration, ink mixing, and quality control to ensure high-quality production output. This role requires attention to detail, strong work ethic, and the ability to meet production deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Your Day
Set up, operate, and tear down M&R automatic screen printing presses
. Perform screen alignment, color matching, and registration adjustments
Load garments and ensure proper placement for accurate printing
. Mix inks and maintain proper viscosity and color standards
Monitor print quality and make adjustments as needed during production
. Troubleshoot press or print issues quickly to minimize downtime.
Maintain a clean and organized press area.
Perform routine maintenance on equipment
Follow safety procedures and production schedules
Meet daily production and quality goals

Your Experience
Minimum 1 2 years experience operating automatic screen printing presses (M&R preferred).
Knowledge of screen printing processes, inks, and materials
. Ability to set up multi-color jobs and maintain registration
. Strong attention to detail and quality control.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Reliable attendance and punctuality
. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
