Labor Finders is seeking Roustabouts to support oil and gas operations in the Santa Maria area. This role is hands-on and physically active, involving fieldwork, equipment support, and general maintenance. This position can transition to temp-to-hire for the right candidate, based on performance and reliability
Your Day
As a Roustabout, you’ll play a vital role in supporting oil and gas operations.
Daily responsibilities may include:
-Tank installation & repairs, assisting welders, and working with the grounds crew
-Digging pits and lines
Installing motors on equipment
-Setting well equipment at well locations (cement pads, pumping units, etc.)
-
Installing and repairing pipelines
Hauling pipe, rod, and gravel
-Yard and grounds maintenance, including weed abatement
-General cleanup, including oil spills
- Supporting road upkeep and weeds crew.
Your Gain
$18- $20 per hour
Overtime potential
Flexible schedule (Possible 5x8s or 4x10s)

Your Experience
Proficient with tools (air & electrical tools a plus)
Must have a valid driver’s license and pass a drug test
Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs regularly
