Labor Finders has multiple openings for Painters with a clean background for work on secure job sites in and around Jacksonville areas. Due to the nature of the facilities, a clean background is required for this position. We are seeking candidates with experience in preparing and painting interior and exterior surfaces including walls, ceilings, and trim; applying primers, paints, stains, and finishes; using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment; sanding and smoothing surfaces prior to painting; mixing and matching paints to achieve desired colors; cleaning and maintaining painting tools and equipment; following all safety procedures; and performing other painting-related tasks as assigned on secure worksites requiring background clearance.
Your Day
Start times vary between 5am and 7am. Shifts are typically 8 hours, with some lasting up to 10 hours. This jobsite is at a secure facility, requiring full PPE and continued eligibility through a clean background. Locations may vary day to day but will remain in and around Jacksonville. Work may be indoors or outdoors, and candidates should be prepared for all weather conditions, including extreme Florida heat. Reliable transportation to and from secure sites is required, along with consistent communication with the office. Work is short-term to start, with long-term opportunities available for those who maintain attendance, performance, and background eligibility. Pay is based on experience, job type, attendance, and performance feedback.
Your Experience
• Clean background required due to secure facility access
