Labor Finders is recruiting dependable Packaging Associates for a client’s production facility in Canton, NC. These full-time positions offer a consistent weekday schedule, on-the-job training, and the opportunity to earn a $150 bonus after completing 150 hours worked.
No previous manufacturing experience is necessary. We are looking for motivated individuals who can follow instructions, maintain quality standards, and contribute to a productive team environment.Package finished products according to established specifications and production requirements.
Assemble product kits and prepare components for packaging.
Apply labels and confirm that packaging materials match the assigned work order.
Inspect products and packaging for defects, removing items that do not meet quality standards.
Accurately record production quantities and work times on daily logs.
Maintain a clean, organized workstation.
Follow workplace safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Complete repetitiv
Your Experience
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Ability to stand for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
Comfort performing repetitive tasks throughout the workday.
Dependable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
Basic counting, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
