We’re seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our apparel manufacturing operation, leading 7 departments and over 50 employees. This role is responsible for keeping teams aligned, processes running smoothly, and deadlines consistently met.
You’ll directly manage department leaders, including the Receiving & Logistics Manager and Fulfillment Manager, and set the operational tone across the facility.
Your Day
• Oversee daily operations across multiple departments
• Lead, coach, and hold department managers accountable
• Ensure SOPs are followed consistently across all teams
• Keep production, fulfillment, and logistics on schedule
• Identify bottlenecks and implement practical process improvements
• Coordinate planning and communication across departments
• Monitor performance metrics, staffing levels, and output
• Create structure without unnecessary bureaucracy
Your Experience
• Proven operations leadership experience in manufacturing or apparel
• Comfortable managing managers and large teams
• Strong background in SOP-driven environments
• Deadline-focused, organized, and decisive
• Able to balance efficiency, accountability, and team culture
• Experience overseeing multi-department operations is required
