li Setting up technical equipment such as computers, routers, and printers in offices or workstations
li Making sure office computer equipment is functioning properly
li Installing computer software and security systems.
li Upgrading computer systems and networks as needed.
li Ordering computers, computer accessories, and other equipment.
li Assisting co-workers with using their computer and understanding its software.
li Troubleshooting computer and network issues
li Performing computer and network repairs quickly and efficiently./ul

li Proven experience as an IT Technician
li Working knowledge of computer equipment and software
li Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
