Labor Finders is hiring for work on multiple sites in the Jacksonville area and is currently seeking experienced Irrigation Technicians for ongoing assignments. This role involves installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing irrigation systems for commercial and residential properties. Candidates should be comfortable working with irrigation piping, valves, controllers, timers, and sprinkler heads, as well as performing system checks and adjustments to ensure proper operation. Additional duties may be assigned based on project needs.
Your Day
Start times typically range between 6am and 9am, with shifts averaging 8 hours and occasional longer days depending on workload. Jobsites will vary day to day but remain within the Jacksonville area. Work is primarily outdoors and candidates must be able to work in all weather conditions, including Florida heat. Reliable transportation to and from job sites is required, along with consistent communication with the office for daily assignments. Work may start short term, with ongoing opportunities available for dependable, high-performing workers.
Your Experience
Prior experience installing or servicing irrigation systems required
Familiarity with sprinkler heads, valves, controllers, and piping
Ability to troubleshoot leaks and system issues
Comfortable using hand tools and basic power tools
Ability to work outdoors and perform physical tasks
Reliable attendance and transportation required
