Labor Finders has multiple openings for General Laborers for long-term assignments on job sites in and around the Woodville area. We are seeking candidates with experience performing general labor tasks on construction sites, warehouses, and customer locations. Responsibilities may include loading and unloading materials, moving equipment, assisting skilled trades with setup and basic labor tasks, using hand tools, maintaining clean and safe job sites, and completing other labor duties as assigned. Candidates must have at least six (6) months of construction experience or a minimum of three (3) months of experience in other industries.
Your Day
Start times typically range from 5:00 AM to 7:00 AM, with standard shifts lasting 8 hours, and some extending up to 10 hours. Work is frequently performed on construction sites and requires full PPE. Job locations may vary day to day but will remain in and around the Woodville area. Some work may be indoors; however, candidates should be prepared to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions, including Florida heat. Reliable transportation and consistent communication with the Labor Finders office are required. Positions may begin short-term, with continued opportunities available for dependable and high-performing workers. Pay is based on experience, job assignment, attendance, and performance feedback.
