Labor Finders has multiple openings for General Laborers for long-term work on multiple sites in and around the Killearn area. We are seeking dependable candidates with hands-on experience performing physical tasks on construction sites and other work environments such as warehouses and customer locations. Responsibilities may include loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment; assisting skilled tradespeople with basic tasks and job setup; using hand tools to perform general labor duties; cleaning and preparing job sites by removing debris and hazards; and completing other labor-related tasks as assigned. Candidates must have a minimum of six (6) months of construction experience or at least three (3) months of experience in other industries.
Your Day
Start times typically range between 5:00 AM and 7:00 AM, with most shifts lasting 8 hours, though some may extend up to 10 hours. Work is often performed on active construction sites and requires full PPE. Job sites may change day to day but will remain in and around the Killearn area. Some assignments may be indoors; however, candidates should be prepared to work in all weather conditions, including extreme Florida heat. Reliable transportation to and from job sites is required, along with consistent communication with the Labor Finders office for daily assignments. Positions may begin as short-term, with ongoing opportunities available for those who demonstrate strong attendance, reliability, and performance. Pay is based on experience, job assignment, attendance, and performance feedback.
