Your Job
We’re hiring a Fulfillment Manager to lead order fulfillment from start to finish. This role ensures orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time, while maintaining consistency and quality across the team.
Your Day
• Manage day-to-day fulfillment operations and order flow
• Lead picking, packing, labeling, and shipping processes
• Coordinate with logistics and production teams to meet deadlines
• Monitor accuracy, productivity, and service levels
• Train and support fulfillment staff, setting clear expectations
• Enforce SOPs and improve processes where needed
• Track performance metrics and address issues quickly
Your Experience
• Experience managing fulfillment or distribution teams
• Strong understanding of shipping workflows and deadlines
• Comfortable enforcing processes and maintaining standards
• Clear communicator with a practical leadership style
• Experience in a manufacturing or e-commerce environment is a plus
