Labor Finders has multiple openings for General Laborers for long-term work on multiple sites in and around the SAVANNAH, GA areas. We are in search of candidates with experience working with any of the following skills: performing physical tasks on construction sites and/or customer locations, such as warehouses, load, unload and move materials and equipment, assist skilled tradespeople with basic tasks and setup, utilize hand tools to perform basic tasks, clean and prepare job sites by removing debris and hazards and other general labor tasks as assigned. ** Must be On Time, "Ready Willing and Able" with a "Can Do" Attitude.**
Your Day
Start times vary between 7am and 8am, shifts are typically 8 hours, some lasting as long as 10 hours. Sites are often construction sites, requiring full PPE. Jobsites may vary on specific location day to day but will be in and around SAVANNAH, GA. Most positions are outside on construction worksites and associates should be prepared to work in all weather conditions and elements, including extreme summer heat. Associates are highly encouraged to stay hydrated and bring water to the jobsite as necessary. Transportation is required to and from the sites, as well as good communication to the office for job assignments. Work is short term to start, ongoing for those with consistent attendance and outstanding performance. Pay is based on experience, job, attendance, and performance feedback.
Your Experience
Minimum 6+ months experience in working in construction or general labor on construction sites and/or an outside work environment
